Warta Kema – Hearts2Hearts, the newest K-pop girl group under SM Entertainment, captivated the crowd with their heartfelt performance at this year’s LaLaLa Festival in Jakarta (24/08). They brought a refreshing blend of energy to the stage. With their performance, they made a lot of their fans feel very emotional.
Hearts2Hearts debuted on 24 February 2025. The group consists of 8 members—Choi Jiwoo, Nyoman Ayu Carmenita, Yu Haram, Kim Dahyun, Kim Jueun, Roh Yuna, Jeong Leean, and Kim Nayeon. One of their members, Nyoman Ayu Carmenita, also known as Carmen, is an Indonesian citizen. She made history as the first Indonesian to debut under SM Entertainment. Thanks to their impressive vocals and unique visuals, the group has attracted a lot of attention. They have already gained 3.6 million monthly listeners on Spotify, a remarkable achievement for a rookie group.
At the end of their performance, Carmen expressed her gratitude to the audience in Indonesian. “Terima kasih banyak untuk semuanya yang udah nonton di sini. Kedepannya kita akan balik lagi, jangan lupa dukung kita. Terima kasih,” she said while holding back tears before finally breaking down. The emotional moment touched many fans in the crowd. As soon as they saw Carmen cry, fans began shouting “Uljima!”—a Korean phrase that means “don’t cry.”
One of Hearts2Hearts fans, Zora, shared her thoughts after watching the performance. “I felt very proud karena seeing Carmen represent Indonesia on such a big stage. Dia keliatan enjoy banget and she seems very happy!” she said with a big smile.
The atmosphere during their performance was filled with various emotions, mainly excitement. Fans were seen singing along and even crying during the more touching parts of the show. Many shared their reactions on social media, praising the group’s strong stage presence and Carmen’s touching speech. For many Indonesian fans, seeing Carmen perform live on such a big stage felt like a proud moment. It wasn’t just a concert—it was a meaningful experience that brought fans closer to the group.
